Vitamin D , Fat Burning, Covid-19

it's great to have black skin in the equatorial sun of Africa where melanin  reduces the risk of skin cancer yet still get sufficient levels of sunlight to produce sufficient vitamin D for health. However, workingman doors, or moving to temperate, less sunny climate, black skin shields a person from sufficient sunlight to produce necessary levels vitamin D. The consequence is insufficient cellular recycling and repair (fat burning, autophagy). Hence, on top of negative health consequences from the many injustices suffered by African American’s, they have a high susceptibility to numerous illnesses that are are amplified by insufficient vitamin D
